6 DAY A WEEK WORKOUT for the dedicated body-builder.


A traditional PPL program is an excellent way of targeting agonist muscle groups, i.e muscles groups that perform similar functions, at least twice a week. It allows for good recovery time between training days so you are able to push yourself as maximally as possible by the time the next training session comes around.

This program requires at least 6 days of training per week.

It will take approximately 45 - 60 minutes to complete.

- Downloadable workout plan PDF which includes the workout plan, a workout log as well as useful hints and tips to make the most out of your workouts

- Virtual consultation with Dr. Jay to further optimise your workout plan

- 30-days guidance & support through chat


HOW IT WORKS:

1. After purchasing, you will get a downloadable booklet to get you started.

2. Thereafter, you will be contacted via email to book your consultation

3. Once the 30-minute consult with Dr Jay over video-call is complete, you are added to a Whatsapp group to help support you with any queries you may have on your journey.
