4 DAY A WEEK WORKOUT with equal split between upper and lower body work
This program is aimed at splitting up workouts into an upper body half, and a lower body half. This allows for the volume of the workout to be divided better, and also allow for at least two training stimuli a week.
This program requires at least 4 days of training per week.
It will take approximately 45 - 60 minutes to complete.

- Virtual consultation with Dr. Jay to further optimise your workout plan

HOW IT WORKS:
1. After purchasing, you will get a downloadable booklet to get you started.
2. Thereafter, you will be contacted via email to book your consultation
3. Once the 30-minute consult with Dr Jay over video-call is complete, you are added to a Whatsapp group to help support you with any queries you may have on your journey.
