5 DAY A WEEK WORKOUT with focus on the booty
This program is aimed at any person looking to grow their glutes. An often neglected yet very appreciated group of muscles. This workout will dedicate 3 out of 5 training days a week to help grow and strengthen the glutes while also making sure the upper body and the rest of the leg muscles get a decent workout too.
It will take approximately 45 - 60 minutes to complete.

1. After purchasing, you will get a downloadable booklet to get you started.
2. Thereafter, you will be contacted via email to book your consultation
3. Once the 30-minute consult with Dr Jay over video-call is complete, you are added to a Whatsapp group to help support you with any queries you may have on your journey.
